• Account information: name, email address, organisation name, and role when you create an account or are invited to the platform.
• Deal registration data: customer names, contact details, opportunity descriptions, estimated values, and supporting documents submitted through the deal registration process.
• Usage data: log-in timestamps, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform for security and service improvement purposes.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

• Process deal registrations and facilitate vendor-partner workflows

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Deal registration records are retained for the duration of the vendor's subscription. When an account is closed or a vendor terminates their subscription, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
